Body
Exercise should be a regular part of your lifestyle. It keeps you fit and healthy, clears your mind, gets rid of all those nasty toxins and releases endorphins that give you a safe and natural high. But staying committed to regularly exercising can be hard, unless you have an exercise buddy.
An exercise buddy is great for encouraging you (and vice versa) when you don’t feel like treading on the treadmill or pounding the pavement.
So now the hard decision is what to do. Here are some suggestions:
Join a gym together.
Go bike riding and burn those buns.
Swimming is a great low impact form of exercise (although seeing some guys in their budgie smugglers may put you off).
Boxing or kickboxing is a great comprehensive workout and a good way to get rid of all that pent up frustration.
Walking or running is free and easy.
Surfing.
Pilates. Also, low impact and fast becoming one of the most popular exercise choices.
Dancing.
Horseriding.
Aerobics.
Remember, choose something that you both enjoy and can commit to.
